Numerous organizations exist to help the CEO or President of a company. But where do the functional leaders – heads of sales, marketing, product, operations and more – go when they have challenges?

Leaders’ Forum exists to bring together leaders in the same function, from various, non-competing companies, to advance their companies and careers. Together.

The Forum is department heads and team leaders; not for those who have all the answers; who don’t like being challenged; who don’t want to invest in others; and who cannot see investing either time or money in their career and company.

The Forum is for those who lead teams; those who are humble enough to admit they don’t have all the answers; hungry enough to realize they can learn from almost anyone; strong enough to be open and vulnerable with peers they trust; and committed to serving their companies, employees, and peers.

Intelligence, integrity and healthy ambition are table stakes for members.

WHAT'S THE INVESTMENT?

The Leader and her or his company will both invest time in the Forum experience, and we recommend they share the financial investment, as well.

The Leader will spend ½ day out of the office each month, as well as ½ day per year in Forum training. The Leader will also attend an annual two day retreat.

Dues are $500 per month, and there’s a one-time training fee of $400. Again, we recommend the Leader pay a portion of this to have skin in the game. All Forums, trainings, materials and the retreat are included in these fees.
